Activate A Plan For Enrollment

Add New Plans
Start by signing into the Advisor Portal. The Dashboard screen will be displayed.
Enable LeafHouse Managed Account Solution
Once LeafHouse has been enabled for use. Setting up and editing LeafHouse Financial as a Managed Account Provider is done the Settings tab for users with Admin Rights
Set Up Investment Paths
The Enrollment Experience Type selected for the Plan on the Plan Settings / Plan Defaults tab will determine the Investment Path Options that are available to the Plan and to the Participants on the Enrollment site.
Setting Up iJoin Managed Accounts and Adding to Plans
First, navigate to the Settings tab on the left of your screen. Select “Managed Accounts” and select the Create Provider button.
Establish Two Factor Authentication (Portal User)
iJoin portal users will be required to setup their account the first time they attempt to log into iJoin Portal after 2FA has been enabled on their account.

Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to the authentication process by making it harder for attackers to gain access to a person’s devices or online accounts because knowing the victim’s password alone is not enough to pass the authentication check.

The Settings / Plan Defaults tab contains the default settings to be used for new Plans.

Notifications are triggered when a Participant-directed change is made on the Enrollment site.
Create An Email Template
The Email Templates are selected when making a new email campaign.
Create / Send An Email Campaign
iJoin provides email campaign templates for Onboarding and Re-Enrollment. The option to create your own template to be selected when making a new email campaign is also available.
Create A Draft Plan
The Active Plan needs to be in a draft status to make certain changes to Experience Setup and to the Investment Paths on Plan Details. The draft Plan will enable edits to the Plan while still keeping the current version of the Plan in an Active status for Enrollments, if applicable.
Batch Update
There will be times when you need to update settings across all or a subset of Plans or Users. This can be accomplished through the Batch Update utility within the Advisor Portal.
Set Up Plan Settings
The Plan Settings tab are where the Plan Settings and Plan defaults are stored for new Plans.
