Feature: Disable Investment Changes in iJoin Experience
We’ve introduced a new configuration option that allows plan sponsors to disable investment changes directly from the user interface.
What’s New
- A toggle labeled “Allow for Investment change in iJoin Experience” is now available under the Experience Setup Tab → Other Enrollment Settings.
- When this toggle is turned off:
o The Investment Paths tab will be hidden from the participants’ view.
o If a participant selects “Change Investment”, they will see the message: “ Investment changes are not allowed due to plan settings.”
Benefits
- Provides greater control over participant investment interactions.
- Helps enforce plan-specific restrictions with clear messaging.
- Streamlines the user experience by removing unavailable options.
Feature: User Settings
We’ve made several updates to the User Settings interface to improve clarity and future functionality for administrators.
What’s New
- The Users section now includes two distinct tabs:
o Organization Users – continues to support standard user setup and management.
o User Groups – a new tab introduced for future group-based configurations. Note: Additional guidance on User Groups will be provided in upcoming
releases. - A new checkbox labeled “Enable IRA Clarity” has been added under ACT Permissions in user settings.
o This allows administrators to activate IRA Clarity features for applicable users.
These enhancements lay the groundwork for more flexible user management and expanded permission controls.
Feature: DMARC authentication for Email Campaigns
To improve the success of your email campaigns, we’ve introduced a domain authentication check that ensures your sender address is properly verified. This helps
protect your messages from being flagged as spam or rejected by recipient servers.
What’s New
As part of email campaign setup, users will be required to verify the email address to be used as the sender or ‘reply to’ address. The new verification step checks whether the
email domain you enter has been DMARC authenticated. This ensures that only verified domains are used for outbound communications.
If your domain hasn’t been authenticated yet, our Support team is ready to help — just reach out to [email protected].
Benefits
- Higher Deliverability: Authenticated domains are less likely to be flagged as spam or rejected by recipient servers.
- Enhanced Security: DMARC verification helps prevent spoofing and protects your brand from impersonation.
- Peace of Mind: Our team is available to guide you through the authentication process, ensuring a smooth setup
Feature: Ability to add Stadion MAP as Default Investment
To provide greater flexibility in configuring participant investment defaults, we’ve introduced a new toggle that allows plan sponsors to enable or disable Stadion MAP as the
default investment option when the Stadion Methodology is selected on the Investment Path.
What’s New
- A new toggle labeled “Enable Stadion MAP as Default Investment” is now available when Stadion Methodology is selected in the Investment Paths tab.
- When this toggle is turned on, Stadion MAP can be set as the default investment for participants.
- When turned off, Stadion MAP will not be assigned as the default, allowing for alternative configurations.
Benefits
- Greater Flexibility: Easily control whether Stadion MAP is used as the default investment.
- Streamlined Configuration: Simplifies setup for plans using Stadion’s managed account approach.
- Improved Participant Alignment: Ensures investment defaults reflect plan sponsor intent and participant needs.
Feature: Direct link to the iJoin Success Hub added to Advisor Portal
To enhance access to support and educational materials, we’ve added a direct link to the iJoin Success Hub from the Advisor Portal. This update makes it easier for users to find
helpful resources without leaving the portal.
What’s New
- A “?” icon hyperlink has been added to the Advisor Portal page.
- Clicking the icon takes users directly to the iJoin Success Hub, where they can explore guides, FAQs, and other support content.
Benefits
- Quick Access to Help: Users can find answers and resources without navigating away from the portal.
- Improved User Experience: Streamlines support by embedding help tools directly into the workflow.
Maintenance Window: November 1st
This is a reminder of our upcoming scheduled server maintenance taking place on
November 1st from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. During this maintenance window, Advisor and
User access to the iJoin Advisor Portal and the iJoin Experience Types (ENROLL &
EXPLORE)—whether accessed via SSO or direct link—will be temporarily unavailable. A
message page will be displayed to inform users attempting to access these sites during the
downtime. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance system performance
and reliability.
