Updating settings in bulk across many plans or users is easy. The batch update utility can be used for a variety of tasks.
- From the iJoin ACT home page, navigate to settings and then batch updates.
- From here, you may select the first drop down and determine if the batch update should affect plans or user settings.
- The area/field drop down will populate values based on the type selected above. Once you have determined what specifically you will be updating, set the area/field value accordingly.
- Notate the intended value to update plans or users with.
- Select plans or users that will be affected depending on the update type regarding users or plans.
- Lastly, click Perform Update.
You have now executed this batch update for the specific plans or Act users.
