How to Monitor Email Campaign Analytics

Reviewing your email campaign data is easy with iJoin.

  1. Begin from the home screen of the iJoin advisor portal
  2. Go to the left hand side navigation menu and click “messaging.”
  3. This will bring up all of your email messages you have sent to the current date.
    1. You can search by “plan name” or “campaign name” to quickly find what you are looking for.
    2. The statistics associated with any of your campaigns will be displayed in a column view and can be clicked on to view a comprehensive list of participants who fit into each category.
    3. You can also download and export a copy of the overarching campaign details for your reference.
    4. Clicking “pending campaigns” will show you all of the emails that have not been completed yet, allowing you to jump back in and modify them as needed.
