If you are an ACT client, we want to make sure your email campaigns get to your participants without a hitch! DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) is an email security standard that helps prevent spoofing and phishing while improving email deliverability. You can learn more about it here.
When you set up an email campaign, there is a “reply to email” field. This is the email address people will see as the sender. To ensure those emails get delivered, we need to authenticate the domain of that email address. Think of it like getting a verified badge for your email sender.
To do this, please send an email to [email protected] with:
- The domain name you need authenticated (this is the part after the “@” in the email address, like yourcompany.com).
- The name of a contact person, ideally someone from your IT team who can easily make updates with their domain provider.
Once received, iJoin will work with our email partner, Sendgrid, to obtain domain keys for you to update with your DNS provider. We’ll then send you an email with easy-to-follow instructions on where to enter these keys to complete the authentication.
