How to get your Email Domain(s) Authenticated with DMARC

Last updated on June 05, 2025

If you are an ACT client, we want to make sure your email campaigns get to your participants without a hitch!   DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) is an email security standard that helps prevent spoofing and phishing while improving email deliverability. You can learn more about it here.

When you set up an email campaign, you will enter one or more email addresses that you intend to use as a sender in the “reply to ”  email field.  To optimize delivery rates, the address values you enter will be verified to ensure your email domain has been DMARC authenticated.  If your domain has not yet been authenticated, please contact [email protected] and our Support team will help facilitate the authentication process.

To do this, please include the follwing information:

    1. The domain name you need authenticated (this is the part after the “@” in the email address, like yourcompany.com).
    2. The name of a contact person, ideally someone from your IT team who can easily make updates with their domain provider.

Once received, iJoin will work with our email partner, Sendgrid, to obtain domain keys for you to update with your DNS provider. We’ll then send you an email with easy-to-follow instructions on where to enter these keys to complete the authentication.

If you have more questions about DMARC or how iJoin handles email security, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team!
