- Begin from the home screen of the iJoin advisor portal
- Go to the left hand side navigation menu
- Select “reports”
- Click “Create new report”
- On the Create Report screen:
- Select the desired report format, whether in PDF or Excel.
- Select Outside Asset Report from the Report Type drop down menu.
- Name the report to your preference.
- Select the plans you wish to include within the report.
- Determine if the report should be private or public within the portal.
- Private reports restrict access to only the user generating it
- Public reports allow users with access to the portal visibility into the report details
- Click the “create report” button
- The report has now been queued for generation.
- Go to the left hand side navigation menu
- Select “Activity”
- You can check the status of your report (Pending, Successful, Error) in this display
- Once the report task shows as “successful” in Activity Monitor section, you may return to the reporting screen to download the newly generated report.
