iJoin Release Notes: Week of August 17
Overview
This release delivers an updated Advisor Web visual experience and improves the Explore experience by retaining shared information across relevant modules. Advisor Web functionality and existing business processes remain unchanged, while Explore users will spend less time entering the same information more than once.
Enhancements
Advisor Web Visual Experience Update
- What’s New: We are delivering the initial release of an updated Advisor Web visual experience. This release includes visual updates to:
- Typography: Updated fonts and text styling to improve readability and create a more consistent visual hierarchy.
- Navigation: Refreshed navigation presentation for a more modern and consistent user experience.
- Tables: Updated table styling and visual presentation to improve clarity when reviewing information.
- Benefits:
- Improved readability: Refined typography and table presentation will make information easier to review.
- Modernized interface: The refreshed design provides a cleaner, more contemporary portal experience without changing existing capabilities.
This is a visual enhancement only. Existing Advisor Web functionality, workflows, and business processes will remain unchanged.
Additional enhancements will be introduced in future releases.
Explore Module Shared Information Persistence
- What’s New: Explore will now retain information entered in shared fields and automatically pre-populate that information in other relevant Explore modules.
When users provide common information in one Explore module, such as personal information, housing costs, loans, recurring expenses, or other debts, that information will be available in other modules that use the same fields.
Previously saved information will continue to be available and usable within the Explore experience.
- Benefits:
- Less duplicate data entry: Users will no longer need to enter the same shared information in each applicable Explore module.
- More consistent information: Shared information entered or updated in one module will carry into other relevant modules.
- Improved user experience: Pre-populated fields help users complete Explore modules more efficiently.
- Continuity for existing users: Previously saved Explore information remains available for continued use.
What to Expect
As users move between Explore modules, applicable shared fields may already contain information entered in a prior module. Users can review and update pre-populated information as needed.
