How to Set Up White Labels for Plans

White labels can be set as default and utilized in current and new plans. They can also be customized on a per plan basis.

It is best to create a new white label to be used by new plans as a default prior to going through the enrollment setup.

 

How to Edit an Existing White Label
  1. To do this, head to the Settings tab from the iJoin ACT homepage.
  2. Click White Label.
    1. This will showcase all white labels that are currently created along with correlated information, such as organization and the amount of plans utilizing the white label.
  3. Clicking on the Actions dropdown and Edit will allow you to modify an existing white label. 

 

How to Create a New White Label from Scratch
  1. Head to the Settings tab from the iJoin ACT homepage.
  2. Click White Label.
  3. Click Add in the top left hand side of the screen.
  4. There are several fields to populate.
    1. Name is the unique name associated with the white label.
    2. Determine if the white label should be used as a default setting for all new plans. Please note if you are using custom white labels for a selected plan already, be sure to not choose default.
    3. Select the theme you would like to use, either pre configured or custom.
    4. The login URL is the custom URL that participants will log into.
    5. The logo URL is the URL that contains the logo to which is shown on the login screen.
    6. Logo height helps resize the image in order to fit properly, especially with larger logo files.
    7. GTM ID is where you can enter your Google Tag Manager container ID in order to track site activities.
    8. The return to login URL is used to indicate where to direct participants back to upon enrollment completion. Please note, the entire URL required.
    9. Enter the name for the recordkeeping provider that will be displayed in the UI and on reports.
    10. Be sure to enter additional disclosures or legal text that you wish to be displayed to the participant. Text entered here will also be displayed on the participant report emailed upon enrollment.
    11. Login screen disclosures are used in rare cases where you may need to include a disclosure within the login screen.
    12. Non spousal beneficiary disclaimer allows the advisor to include additional disclaimer language in addition to what is provided on the beneficiary entry screen.
    13. Special submission instruction: If your process schedules windows in which exports to the recordkeeper are not permitted, here you may enter informational text to be displayed for participants indicating that their submissions may not be reflected for several hours.
    14. Video URL for login screen is where you may enter a URL address to link to a custom video on the login screen.
    15. For show enrollment overview video, choose ON or OFF. When OFF is selected, a video does not appear on the enrollment site. When ON is selected, choose to either use the iJoin default video, or one of your choice.
    16. You may choose to display a satisfaction survey to participants at the end of the enrollment process.
    17. Lastly, enter in contact information that will be displayed to the participant, either the primary advisor on the plan or other.
  5. Be advised that changes made on this screen are automatically updated and saved.

These updates can be applied on a plan by plan basis or through a batch update.

 

Add Newly-created White Label Settings to a Plan
  1. To update a plan with your newly created white label, navigate to the plan settings.
  2. Click Experience Setup
  3. Find the site white label dropdown and select the white label of your choice.

 

Batch Update Multiple Plans
  1. To perform a batch update across multiple plans at once, go to Settings
  2. Go to Batch Update
  3. Select Plan Settings from the Type dropdown
  4. Under the AreaField dropdown, select Experience Setup – Site White Label
  5. Then notate which white label should be used.
  6. Determine if you want this update published across all plans or a subset of them.
  7. Select Perform Update and confirm your choice.
