How to Perform a Batch Update

Updating settings in bulk across many plans or users is easy. The batch update utility can be used for a variety of tasks.

  1. From the iJoin ACT home page, navigate to settings and then batch updates.
  2. From here, you may select the first drop down and determine if the batch update should affect plans or user settings.
  3. The area/field drop down will populate values based on the type selected above. Once you have determined what specifically you will be updating, set the area/field value accordingly.
  4. Notate the intended value to update plans or users with.
  5. Select plans or users that will be affected depending on the update type regarding users or plans.
  6. Lastly, click Perform Update.

You have now executed this batch update for the specific plans or Act users.
